Robin Selzer, Ph.D., received her certification to teach Pilates mat and reformer classes through Wellness Connection's 200 hour teacher training program in 2003. She has also regularly practiced other movement-based training, such as Ashtanga yoga and self-defense for women.  In addition to teaching pilates mat and reformer classes, she also teaches pilates on the stability ball. Her area of doctoral research is body image and eating disorders among diverse cultures.
